FACILITIES

ASBT is committed to providing local and international students with excellent education and training, and creating a friendly environment to facilitate learning.
The learning needs of ASBT students are well catered for by professional staff members and well-equipped classrooms. Student numbers in classrooms are kept small to enable a strong interaction between teacher and students. The teaching staff encourages students to be active class members - questions, discussions and student-presentations are all important aspects of the class.
Students have access to computer labs and the Internet for their study purposes. During class breaks students have use of the Student Resource Room that is equipped with reading materials, a student notice board, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge.
Students may need to purchase reference books. Other materials that are essential for students to gain competency, such as, handouts etc, will be provided free of charge.

THE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

Business students have access to the computer labs and the Internet and regularly use overhead projectors for student presentations. The college library maintains a list of reading materials and magazines which relate to the current business and marketing related issues.

THE SCHOOL OF ENGLISH

Class room interaction is very important in the English classes and the small class-sizes facilitate this. The students have access to a variety of mediums to supplement their course. The facilities include: a multimedia lab; audio-video equipment; overhead projectors; and televisions.
Resource books are available for use by the students. Students also have access to audio cassettes, DVD's and videos in order to practice their English at their on pace.
