ASBT Information Technology Education system endeavors to the learning process of five secondary career and technical education courses, namely,Diploma of IT (Business Analysis), Diploma of IT (Multimedia Integration), Diploma of IT (Network Engineering), Diploma of IT (Software Development) andDiploma of IT (System Administration).
Students are prepared for a technologically advanced work environment by incorporating technology as an integral part of the teaching-learning process. In year 2004 IT faculty introduced eight new subjects apart from the regular VETAB modules. These subjects were developed in house taking care of the university standards. The motive was to teach job oriented courses and to produce quality students to pursue their higher studies in the universities taking benefit from the articulation.
